By using this website and engaging HOA Compliance Authority (a service of Darrell's Seer 1 Services) for property care services, you agree to the following terms.

Services & estimates

All on-site property assessments are free of charge with no obligation to proceed. Written estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is set in the signed service agreement.

Loyalty Program

The free Loyalty service is a one-time benefit per customer, available only with a newly signed service agreement. Cannot be combined with other offers. See loyalty page for full terms.

Liability

Darrell's Seer 1 Services is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Insurance certificates available on request.
